Metastorm Login Error

Hi,
We have metastorm installed on the server used as system test.We refresh the database from live on regular interval. Today after a full database back and restore, aswe restarted the metastorm service and tried to access the metastorm, it threw exception. We do not get any login screen for user authentication.An error message 'Failed Login' appears instead of login screen. Designer Error log says 'An error occurred during user authentication'.
eLog table has an error row details:
eComponentType:Authentication
eDescription: An error occurred during user authentication.
eDetectedByClass:eLoginRequestHandler
eDetectedByMethod:processRequest
eDetails:Failed to process 'eGetAttachment' Metastorm engine Database Connector request. Unable to load authentication process document.

We are Able to login to metastorm after adding eUser and eWeb scrips. But now the issue is that whenver we try to login using SSO, it throws 'unable to read attachment' exception.
There is nor error in eLogs table as well as systems event log.


Any help or guidance is appreciated.
