Cannot Find form

I am trying to make a change to an existing process (Version 7).  The problem is that I cannot find the form in the designer. 

I can find the forrm in the eform table, and the eProcedureName is as I expect.  However, the form is not anywhere when I open the xep in the designer.

I also find the form name in eAction and eStart in the eUserPage column.

In eStart, the eMapName and eProcedure name are both correct.  The eFormType = "B"

How do I get to this form in order to modify it?
